March 5, 2023 : We are delighted to share an exciting update regarding the visit to prestigious Bombay Bar Association & High Court. Our Managing Partner, Mr. Sankalpa Chhetri, serving as the Member Secretary, together with a group of distinguished lawyer from the International Coordination and Relation committee of Kathmandu District Court Bar Association, had the honor to representing Kathmandu District Court Bar Association from March 1 to 3, 2023.

The three days, “Bombay Bar Association and Court Visit program,” was organized by Bombay Bar Association. This event facilitated the exchange of knowledge and experience pertaining to the relationship between bar & bench relation, existing legal system of both countries, court visit, as well as visit to the library and museum visit of Bombay Court. Additionally, discussion were held on fortifying the legal ties between both nations, in the presence of President Mr. Nitin Kakker, Secretary Mr. Vishal Kanade and other executive members of Bombay Bar Association.

We believe that remarkable visit marked a significant milestone in international legal cooperation and showcased the growing ties between the legal systems of Nepal and India. Such exchanges of legal knowledge and expertise lay the foundation for further collaboration, creating a stronger legal framework and exchanging access to justice for all.
